The Committee assists BOD in fulfilling its oversight responsibility relating to:

1. The investment products and packaged product structures and management arrangements of the Firm; 
2. The development of operational processes concerning the advice regarding the recommendation of; and 
3. The Firm’s relationship and communication with FCA and other regulatory bodies in the recording of due diligence of the providers used.
